Our restaurant operations are expanding to Helsinki. Come join us in building a new restaurant experience in Helsinki! An experiential Italian restaurant with a wide selection of wines will open its doors in Helsinki in June. Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team to join us from the start!

We offer a unique opportunity to be part of creating a restaurant that combines high-quality food, top-class service and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Training/induction will take place during May.

The work requires professionalism, organizational skills and a passion for food.

Key tasks:

Managing and organizing daily kitchen operations

Menu planning and development according to the restaurant concept

Raw material procurement, bidding and inventory management

Cost monitoring and profitability optimization

Quality control and ensuring consistency of portions

Following and developing hygiene and self-monitoring plans

Shift planning and resource management
