Snowhotel Family is a family-owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi. In Lehtojärvi you can find Glass Igloos and a Snow Hotel, that offers unforgettable accommodation experiences under the flaming Northern Lights and surrounded by beautiful nature. Snowsauna and ice restaurants local treats won’t let you down! Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village invites the whole family for snowy activities and to the playground made of ice and snow. Near by you can also find unique restaurant Santamus that offers tasty dishes for every occasion.

Snowman World is looking for ACTIVITY PARK-employees to Santa Claus Village for winter season 2024-2025 (November – March) and Christmas season (November – January). Employment is full-time or part-time, please tell in your application, what kind of contract you are looking for.

Work tasks as a activity park-employee are guiding customers with different snowy activities (ice skating, winter slides etc.), making sure everything is okay and goes well in the area, snow plowing the area and being the mascot. We are also helping our co-workers in Snowman World and if needed, occassionally your tasks might be example ticket selling and helping in the restaurant-cafe.

We expect previous experience of customer service duties, Finnish or English language skills, initiative and positive attitude for work and driver’s license. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of adventure services. Employment contract will be between Go On and employee.
