Sales Manager Heavy Tyres Poland (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager Heavy Tyres for Polish markets.

What will be your role?

Your main responsibility will be to promote all Nokian Heavy Tyres products on Polish market in accordance with Group and management policy. Further you will manage the portfolio of existing customers and develop the business with prospects and promote the brand among groups of TBR, Public Works, Harbor companies and large fleets, Agricultural and Forestry companies and contractors. You will deploy Nokian’s strategy to tire dealer networks and support Nokian distributors to develop their sales.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage existing Heavy Tyres Polish customers portfolio according to Nokian policy
  • Develop sales to prospects in areas defined by management
  • Promote Nokian Tires’ image and renown to customers
  • Analyse and understand customers’ needs in order to identify solution
  • Collect and analyse field information (commercial, technical, competitive, …) and specificities of each area
  • Be proactive in the development and deployment of commercial actions in accordance with Group guidelines
  • Be proactive for new products development
  • Report on commercial activity according to Group and management request
  • Be present on the main fairs, company or customers events related to area of activities
  • Organize corporate promotion events
  • Also support Heavy Tyres product support and technical matters together with TCS Manager for East Europe

To be successful in this position, you need to have Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales/technical sales and perfect knowledge of Heavy Tyres markets and products
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver senior-level presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at virtual team building and negotiation
  • University / Secondary School of Technical or Economic Education
  • Language skills: native Polish and fluent English skills; other language skills as bonus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driver´s licence
