As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operation and high-quality delivery of cleaning services at your customer site, as well as for personnel management. You will act as the immediate supervisor for your units employees and be responsible for their onboarding and training, as well as for the financial performance of your site.

In the role of Supervisor, you will actively develop and maintain both the cleanliness of your customer site and the professional skills of your employees. You do not need to have prior experience in the cleaning services industry, although it may help you get started more quickly. Your proven track record in successful supervisory work will support you in mastering a new field. After all, leadership skills are largely industry-independent. As a supervisor, you are expected to understand key financial figures—perhaps your higher education degree has provided you with strong skills to interpret them. You are particularly accustomed to working at the customer interface with a sales-oriented mindset. You can quickly identify customer needs and support them with the right service solutions.

The salary for the Site Supervisor role is approximately €2,500–2,800 per month, depending on your previous experience. Working in our international environment is rewarding and interesting. The supervisory role requires at least fluent English skills; in this case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. The employment is a fixed-term replacement from 1 April 2026 to 31 May 2027, with a permanent, full-time working arrangement of 37.5 hours per week.
