Supervisor

Are you an experienced supervisor, possibly with prior experience in the cleaning services industry?

We are looking for a supervisor for cleaning services in the Uusimaa region, responsible for stairwell sites.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall smoothness and high quality of cleaning services at your client sites, organizing maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning, overseeing the quality of your client sites, and managing staff. You will act as the direct supervisor for your units employees, responsible for their orientation and professional development. You will also be accountable for the performance of your sites and report to your supervisor.

As a supervisor, you will have the opportunity to purposefully develop and maintain the cleanliness of your client sites and the professionalism of your employees. Previous experience in the cleaning services industry is not required, although it may accelerate your journey in the beginning. Your proven track record in successful supervisory work will help you master a new industry. Supervisory work is ultimately expertise that transcends industry. As a supervisor, you need to understand financial key figures, and perhaps your higher education has provided you with good skills in interpreting them. You are particularly used to working at the customer interface with a sales-oriented approach. You can quickly understand customers needs to support them with the right service solutions.

The salary for a supervisor is approximately €2400-2800/month, depending on your prior experience. Working in our international work environment is rewarding and interesting. The job does not require advanced Finnish skills if your English is fluent; in that case, basic Finnish skills will suffice. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying.

The position is permanent and full-time, with 37.5 hours per week. The work shifts vary on weekdays and weekends, in early morning and day shifts, and we expect you to be available to work in other shifts if necessary. The job will start as soon as a suitable person is found. Previous experience or education in the cleaning industry and prior supervisory experience will be considered an advantage. Due to the large work area, a drivers license is required to perform the job.
