Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for cleaning services in Tampere.

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall flow and high standard of cleaning services at your assigned site, including the organization of both regular and deep cleaning tasks. You will oversee quality at your sites and be in charge of personnel management. You will act as the immediate supervisor for your units employees, ensuring proper onboarding and supporting their professional development. You are also responsible for the financial results of your site and report them to your own supervisor.

This role gives you the opportunity to systematically develop and maintain both the cleanliness of the site and the skills of your team. Previous experience in the cleaning industry is not mandatorythough it may help in the beginning. What matters most is your proven track record in supervisory work. Supervisory skills are, after all, transferable across industries. You should understand financial key figuresperhaps your university degree has equipped you well in this area. You’re used to working in customer-facing roles with a sales-oriented mindset and are quick to identify customer needs in order to offer the right service solutions.

This supervisory position requires fluent Finnish and English. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit when applying.

This is a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week). Work shifts vary during weekdays between morning and day shifts, with occasional weekend availability expected. The job starts as soon as we find the right person. Previous experience in the cleaning industry and/or supervisory roles is considered an asset.
