Site Supervisor

Are you an experienced supervisor, possibly with a background in the cleaning service industry?

We are looking for site supervisors in Oulu

As a hotel site supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and high-quality execution of cleaning services at your customer site, including service flow, quality, and personnel management. You will act as the immediate supervisor for your units employees, overseeing their onboarding and the results of your site. The work is mainly done on weekdays, with weekends if necessary.

As a site supervisor, you will have the opportunity to systematically develop and maintain cleanliness at your customer site, as well as support the professional growth of your team. You dont need prior experience in the cleaning services field, although it can help you get started faster. Proven success in supervisory roles will help you adapt to a new industry, as leadership skills are ultimately industry-independent. You should understand key financial metricsperhaps your higher education has equipped you well for interpreting them. You are especially comfortable working on the customer front line, with a sales-oriented mindset. You can quickly identify customer needs and support them with the right service solutions.

The site supervisor’s salary is approx. 2400-2700 €/month, depending on your previous experience. Working in our international environment is both rewarding and interesting. This supervisor position requires fluency in Finnish and English. The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
