**We Are Looking for Cleaners in Kruunupyy, Ostrobothnia**

At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a factory. Working hours will mainly be from monday to friday; in the early mornings starting from 6:00 a.m., as well as mornings and daytime shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client site independently, as well as performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality procedures, and take care of your work environment.
**Your Responsibilities Include**
– Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
– Ensuring the quality of your own work
– Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
– Cooperation with the customer and colleagues
– Working independently and carefully
– Demonstrating responsibility and reliability
– A willingness to learn and develop your skills
**What We Expect From You**
– Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance services
– Ability to understand work instructions, communicate effectively regarding employment matters, and ensure safe working practices in both Finnish and English. We value a diverse workplace where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as strengths.
– A working style that supports a safe, equal, and respectful work environment
– If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit
– A valid Occupational Safety Card, a driver’s licence, and access to your own vehicle
**What We Offer**
– A permanent employment contract, 20 hours per week
– Employment starts as agreed and continues until 31 August 2026
– A competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement: €11.03–€12.88 per hour
