At the beginning of the employment, your workplace will be a school, where work is mainly done in the mornings and during the day. In this role, you will work at our customer’s site and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.
We offer you a permanent, full-time employment contract for 37.5 hours per week. The job starts as soon as a suitable person is found. Salary is based on the collective agreement for the property services sector and depends on your tasks. The trainee wage is €10.75/hour, and after that €12.54/hour.
To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work reliably and carefully as a team player. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the work community are important traits. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning is considered an advantage but is not required. A drivers license is not mandatory, but it can make your work easier.
Fluency in Finnish is required. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit already in place when applying.
