Negota Finland offers interim in-house lawyers for both part- and full-time assignments to its client-base consisting of corporate clients with a temporary need for legal expertise. Negota Finland’s lawyers work as outsourced in-house legal team members and handle a wide array of corporate legal matters, such as contracts, public procurement, compliance questions, employment matters as well as data protection and privacy.

As Negota Finlands Managing Director, you will oversee the Finnish operations of Negota. You will be involved in marketing and selling the services, fostering and developing the client-base, and providing legal consultancy services. You will also serve as the manager to Negota Finlands team members. Currently, Negota Finland employs one experienced legal consultant, and another one is being recruited.
In this role, you can leverage your existing legal skill set, create and develop legal service concepts, and grow the client-base and the team based on your own vision.

If you tick these boxes, your profile could be particularly interesting:
– You have a masters degree in law and strong expertise in contracts, privacy, corporate law and/or compliance – it is an asset if you have worked as an in-house lawyer or have been seconded to an in-house legal department.
– You communicate fluently in Finnish and English – due to the Nordic roots of Negota, fluency in Swedish is a big plus but not an absolute requirement.
– You are a pragmatic and versatile lawyer who is not afraid of tackling new areas of law and business – you can expect to gain exposure to a wide array of areas of business.
– You are commercially minded and either already have an existing network in Finland or are strongly motivated to build it.
