Technical Sales Coordinator
As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in handling and following up on customer spare part and technical service inquiries and orders. You will maintain continuous customer contact through phone, emails, Teams meetings, and personal visits, understanding their needs and requirements and provide technical support both internally and externally. You will promote and offer technical service and spare parts. You will provide customer offers, and process new orders with support from our Nordic headquarters in Sweden, product centers around Europe and global service network. You will work closely together with our ambitious and competent team of coordinators in Sweden. Your tasks will include updating relevant internal systems for planning and reporting purposes.
