- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, conferences, webinars, and other events to promote projects and engage wider audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of dissemination and exploitation activities, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
What we expect
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within academic research or large-scale research projects. For example, experience in working on EU-funded projects, especially ones focused on dissemination and exploitation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare research reports, social media posts, presentations, and other dissemination materials.
- Experience in disseminating and exploiting research outcomes through public engagement, stakeholder relations, and outreach activities.
- The ability to simplify complex research findings and communicate them clearly to various audiences, including researchers, policymakers, and the general public.
- Proficiency in using communication platforms (e.g., social media, websites, academic publishing tools) to promote research.
- A strong background in organising and facilitating academic events, such as conferences, workshops, and webinars.
Qualification requirements include a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a field such as project management, communications, research management, social or communication sciences, or a related field.
