Partnership coordinator
LUT University’s Management Services is seeking a partnership coordinator.

Your job focuses on supporting the LUT faculties and degree programmes in building new and developing the existing academic partnerships with foreign universities. In addition to bilateral partnerships, the partnership coordinator will participate in the operations of the EULiST consortium, which is a European University Alliance of 10 universities located in 10 countries around Europe.
Your job will include various coordination and communication related tasks in addition to analyses and data collection to support the faculties, departments and degree programmes in managing and enlarging their partnership portfolio.

- Written and spoken fluency in English with ability to communicate also in Finnish. Knowledge of other languages is an extra asset
Good interaction skills and the desire to learn new things are essential in this position. Resilience, ability to work under pressure, negotiate and prioritize various assignments, is a requirement to succeed in this job.

The work will start as soon as possible (negotiable). The employment relationship is permanent and full-time. The position starts with a six-month trial period.
Your home campus will be in Lappeenranta and the work will require travelling mainly inside Europe to our partners’ campuses. Partial remote work is possible.
The salary is based on the current collective agreement for Finnish universities. The salary will be at requirement level 9 (EUR 3213,69/ month), on the expert and support staff pay scale. In addition, the pay includes a personal, performance-based salary element 6-50%. The typical entry-level salary in similar positions is EUR 3500-3800 / month.
