Subject Matter Expert (CIF, ICT Risk Management) – extension

We are looking for 3 Subject Matter Experts for CIF and Third-Party ICT Risk Management workstream for our client in the banking sector.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
Responsible for maturing the Third-Party ICT Risk Mgmt controls in accordance with industry standards and per relevant regulations
– Support with maturing the mapping of Business Products and Services to processes, ICT applications and Third-Party ICT Service providers
– Support with enhancing Business Impact Assessments and carrying them out with stakeholders across the bank
– Outline decision requests for steering committees and/or applicable governance forums.
– Conduct an assessment on the ICT banks controls and ensure they fulfil industry standards and that all relevant regulatory requirements are embedded in the control library.
– Support with establishing a new resilience strategy

Must-have knowledge and experience:
– 8 years of Project Management Experience
– Superior proficiency with developing PowerPoint material and decision material in general
– Standard proficiency with using Excel and financial planning
– Risk and/or Project Management Certifications (e.g. SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC)
– Superior level of English
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:
– Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
– Experience with regulatory implementations and/or Business Architecture is advantage
– Ability to analyze data-related issues and develop effective solutions.
– Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
– The consultant should also have an understanding of data management principles, practices, technologies and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as excel, SQL, PowerBI ot be able to sufficiently support with adhering to the ITS requirements on the Information Register.
– The consultant should have knowledge of data governance and quality principles, including data validation, data cleansing, data normalization the ITS requirements on the Information Register.

– Do you have hands-on experience assessing or implementing third-party ICT risk management controls in the banking or financial sector?*
– Have you conducted ICT control gap assessments against regulatory standards such as DORA, EBA Guidelines, or ISO 27001?*
– Do you have at least 8 years of project management experience with relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, SAFe, ISACA, CISSP, or CRISC)?*
– Have you regularly developed PowerPoint or similar executive decision materials for governance or steering committees?*
– Have you led or supported Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) or operational resilience strategy projects?*

Allocation: 100%
Assignment duration: ASAP till 31.7.2026, possible extension.
Location: Finland (Helsinki and Oulu)
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
