IAM Specialist

For our client, were looking for an IAM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate IAM services, focusing on stability and continuous improvement of existing solutions
Manage user identities and access rights across enterprise systems
Design and maintain access roles aligned with business and security requirements
Develop and optimize access management processes and controls
Administer identity platforms, including Active Directory and cloud-based solutions
Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning across integrated environments
Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests
Support and debug integrations between IAM systems and enterprise applications
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and access governance standards
Provide support to the End User Services team when needed, including software installations and technical assistance

Experience with RSA solutions is considered an advantage, but not required.

Seniority: Junior / Mid-level with strong technical fundamentals and motivation or Senior, if the scope is adjusted accordingly.
