Data & Information Architect

We are looking for an experienced Data & Information Architect to join our team in a key role supporting business-critical data initiatives within the financial industry.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and governing data and information architecture that supports business objectives, regulatory requirements, and scalable data solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that data flows, integrations, and information structures are well defined, compliant, and fit for purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and govern data and information architecture
Design and implement data solutions, integrations, data models, metadata, and data lineage visibility
Model business processes in relation to data flows and information usage
Ensure policies, standards, and architectural frameworks support relevant regulatory requirements
Translate business needs into clear information and data logic
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and quality

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in developing data solutions, integrations, and data architecture
Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage
Experience in business process modeling with a focus on data flows
Knowledge of information and business processes within the financial industry
Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured information logic
Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

Allocation: 100%
Start: February 2026
Duration: Until 31 December 2026
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in Helsinki, otherwise remote within Finland
