IT SOLUTION SPECIALIST, PRODUCTION
We are now seeking a solution-oriented IT Solution Specialist to join our global IT Operations team in a permanent position. This role is preferably based at our head office in Helsinki but can potentially also be located at one of our other sites in Finland. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference!
Your Key Contribution Areas
In this role, you will maintain and develop IT device functionality and management in our production facilities, such as laundries, to match the business needs and ensure our devices are fit-for-purpose. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the devices during the whole lifecycle based on industry standards
- Supporting and monitoring physical installations and managing device orders
- Standardizing installations and ensuring they are done by standards globally
- Managing vendor relationships and financials related to the area
As this is a global role supporting our international operations, you will have the opportunity to travel and collaborate across Finland and other Lindström countries.

We are looking for a proactive and quick-learning team member with a practical approach and experience in building secure and effective IT solutions in a global context. We hope you can bring recommendations when it comes to investing in new technologies, are fun to work with and have an international mindset! To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A relevant technical degree, along with experience in IT device management (knowledge of production devices is a plus)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in vendor management and familiarity with IT industry standards
- Readiness to travel and collaborate with international teams
Your Key People
You will be part of our global IT organization, specifically the IT Operations team of ten professionals. Our team is responsible for securing business’ day-to-day IT needs, which involves providing continuous service and support across our 23 operating countries. In the role of IT Solution Specialist, you will be collaborating closely with various Lindströmers and vendors to ensure the successful management of our IT devices. Our team is experienced, supportive, and enjoys working together.
