DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (D365), SUPPLY CHAIN
We are seeking a result-oriented Development Specialist with D365 expertise for our global Procurement & Supply Chain team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
You will have a crucial role in supporting our Procurement & Supply Chain function in a complex business transformation process with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system implementation. You will be involved in designing, building, implementing and driving adoption of new business systems as part of the transformation program.
Later on, as our team’s dedicated D365 super user and functional expert, you will execute deployment activities and provide guidance and training on business processes, ways of working, functionalities, and data usage. You will be the primary point of contact for key users in this business area, offering support on the usage of D365 and linked business applications.
Your key responsibilities during transformation process and beyond will include:

Driving the D365 implementation project in the Procurement & Supply Chain function as a member of the designated team

Collaborating with the IT team and functional stakeholders to test designed scenarios in the implemented solution, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and performance

Assisting in data migration and cleansing activities to help ensure data quality and accuracy during the system transition

Acting as a point of contact for key users, addressing operational challenges and system-related issues, and continuous development needs

Assessing and optimizing supply chain processes within the system to maximise efficiency, accuracy, visibility and seamless integration of systems and processes

Providing training and training materials to end users on functionalities related to supply chain management, and offering continuous support to address issues and optimise usage

Facilitating change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies within the organisation
What helps you to shine in this role?
You enjoy working in a fast-paced international business environment and take strong ownership of your responsibilities. You can either have some experience in D365 or be a more seasoned professional within the system usage. Your experience may come for example from key user or consultant role, and your expertise seamlessly combines an understanding of business requirements and technical implementations. Your business process knowledge and enthusiasm for driving change forward, coupled with your ability to identify improvement and optimization opportunities, will be key to success.
To thrive in this role, you should have:

A strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, with professional experience in procurement and supply chain seen as an advantage

A relevant academic degree

Solid IT knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

The ability to deliver training and support, adapting to different learning styles and skill levels

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
