Kokit is Finland’s first delivery platform connecting home chefs and customers who crave authentic, homemade meals. We are now looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team!

Experience: 3+ years in logistics, delivery operations, or similar roles
Employment type: Full-time

Your Role:

As an Operations & Logistics Coordinator at Kokit, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations between our chefs, delivery drivers, and customers. You’ll be the engine that keeps our logistics running efficiently and our food delivered fresh and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily food deliveries and schedules across regions
– Oversee vehicle/fleet readiness and delivery operations
– Work closely with home chefs, drivers, and support teams
– Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues as they arise
– Train and support new drivers and logistics personnel
– Maintain strong communication with customers and vendors
– Proactively identify and solve operational challenges

What Were Looking For:
– 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet coordination
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
– Problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude
– Fluency in English (Finnish is a plus)
