Press Brake Operator to Jyväskylä area

Our client in the Jyväskylä region is a versatile contract manufacturer in metal production, committed to high quality, efficiency, and a positive working atmosphere. The company has grown steadily, and we are now looking for additional skilled professionals to join the production team in day-to-day manufacturing tasks.

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Press Brake Operator for a permanent, full-time position in the Jyväskylä area. In this role, you will work in a modern production environment as part of a professional team, responsible for press braking operations and related preparatory tasks, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for press braking and bending sheet metal according to technical drawings. Your work includes selecting appropriate tools and independently setting up machines and parameters, supporting efficient and accurate production.

Your duties also include pre-processing of parts, measuring, and quality inspection to ensure that finished components meet agreed specifications. You will work as part of the overall production process in close cooperation with design and production colleagues, and when needed, you may also participate in assembly and finishing tasks. The role offers a varied and responsible position within a well-functioning team.

Our Wishlist
Previous experience in press braking or similar sheet metal and workshop tasks
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
A precise, responsible, and safety-conscious working approach
Experience with press brake and bending machines is considered an advantage
Good teamwork and communication skills, along with a positive attitude
Fluency in Finnish or English
Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Considered an Advantage
Experience with robotic press brake machines
A valid Occupational Safety Card or other relevant training
Experience working with different materials such as stainless steel or aluminum
Previous experience in a factory environment and production quality control
