Senior Manager, Sustainability Reporting for Group Sustainability, K Group

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and coordinate our sustainability reporting in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

This role leads and manages Keskos compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely sustainability disclosures in line with EU regulations.

The role is strategic, cross-functional, and data-driven, requiring collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.

Knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and other environmental reporting is appreciated in order to support climate disclosures conducted by specialists in the Group function as well as business divisions.

Key responsibilities

1. ESRS Reporting Ownership & Delivery
– Lead and coordinate CSRD- and ESRS-compliant sustainability reporting at Group level, owning and continuously developing the reporting structure, disclosures, narratives, policies, targets, and KPIs. – Oversee the end-to-end annual sustainability reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures. – Ensure coherent and consistent integration of climate- and environment-related disclosures within the overall ESRS reporting package.
2. Integration with Strategy, Finance & Risk
– Ensure alignment between sustainability and financial reporting, strategy, and risk management, and embed ESG considerations into key processes such as target setting, risk management, and business planning. – Act as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives and governance processes, translating regulatory and reporting requirements into business-relevant insights.
3. ESG Data, Processes & Internal Controls
– Develop and maintain robust reporting processes, documentation, internal controls, and systems to ensure audit-ready, scalable ESG reporting. – Lead cross-functional collaboration to collect, validate, analyze, and continuously improve ESG data and reporting practices. – Ensure the accuracy, consistency, transparency, and usability of ESG metrics across multiple reporting purposes (CSRD, ESG ratings, stakeholder needs). – Support and review GHG emissions data in collaboration with internal experts and data owners.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration, Assurance & Continuous Development
– Act as key contact for auditors, assurance providers, and external advisors, ensuring high-quality, assured disclosures and continuous audit readiness. – Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sustainability, finance, legal, risk, HR, business units, leadership) to strengthen reporting quality and governance. – Monitor regulatory developments and best practices, translating requirements into practical implementation and continuously improving reporting methodologies. – Provide internal guidance, training, and support to build organizational capability and a strong culture of compliance and transparency.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have
– A relevant academic degree (e.g. sustainability, finance, economics, business, environmental sciences or similar), ideally complemented by strong understanding of corporate reporting and governance – 5+ years of experience in ESG / sustainability reporting or related fields (e.g. financial reporting, audit, advisory), preferably in a large, complex organization – Proven practical experience with CSRD and ESRS, including implementation in a corporate environment, and the ability to interpret and operationalise regulatory requirements – Solid understanding of financial reporting processes and controls, with the ability to ensure alignment between sustainability and financial disclosures – Working knowledge of GHG emissions accounting and climate reporting (Scope 13), with the ability to coordinate, challenge, and interpret data in collaboration with experts – Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across sustainability, finance, procurement, operations, IT and other key functions – Strong capabilities in project management, process development, and coordination, with the ability to manage complex reporting cycles and multiple stakeholders – Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ab
