Job description

We are looking for a Business Controller for a temporary position for a parental leave substitution. Your main objective is to be responsible of the Plant financials and act as a sparring partner, by having a sixth sense for data and providing value added analysis for strategic decision making. Possible locations are Turku, Salo, Uusikaupunki, or Vantaa offices in Finland and we also offer hybrid working opportunities. This is a temporary position for approximately 7 months, starting preferred 1.12.2024.

Key responsibilities include:

* Monthly reporting and forecasting
* Coordination of the plant Long Range Plan
* Support in various modeling tasks e.g. product costing and business models
* Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
* Participating in finance development initiatives
* Being part of the Plant Management team

* Good stakeholder management skills
* Hands-on mentality, paired with a flexible work style to cope with a fast-growing work environment
* Excel in Excel
* HFM and SAP experience is seen as an advantage
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
