This is not business as usual. We’re in the middle of an exciting transformation, and now we’re looking for an Analyst to help make our strategy happen.

You will join a small, agile PMO team at the heart of the change. That means fewer silos, more influence, and a genuine opportunity to make a visible impact. You will work closely with our Commercial and Operations teams, helping to turn strategy into reality. From building roadmaps for strategic initiatives and tracking progress to removing roadblocks and reporting on achievements, you will play a key role in driving transformation forward.

What you will do

•    Help detail strategic initiatives and support the Commercial and Operations teams in building clear, actionable roadmaps.

•    Keep things moving: identify cross-functional dependencies, highlight bottlenecks, and help solve them.

•    Monitor progress and consolidate reporting across initiatives and workstreams.

•    Maintain programme governance and act as a key contact in PMO – setting up communication flows and meetings that support execution.

What we are looking for

•    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Strategy.

•    Previous experience in management consulting, PMO or cross-functional project environments.

•    Great communication and problem-solving skills – you know how to spot issues and suggest solutions.

•    A good grasp of financial concepts and how strategic choices translate into investment and impact.

•    Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with think-cell is a plus); familiarity with data tools like Alteryx, Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.

•    Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
