As HCK educator it is important that you are :
-Fluent in English language speaking and writing.
-Reliable and take responsibility.
-Planning pedagogical activities.
-Able to work individually but also possess a genuine team spirit.
-Self motivation with skills in prioritising and organising.
-Proactive.
-Cheerful and fun personality.
If your qualification is not from Finland, it must be recognized by the Finnish Agency for Education (Opetushallitus).
A transcript of criminal record will be required
(legally required background checks for people working with children 504/2002).
