About the Company

We are a Japanese restaurant chain operating multiple locations in Finland, dedicated to providing high-quality Japanese cuisine and excellent dining experiences. The company is in a rapid growth phase and we are looking for talented individuals to join us and grow together.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, and supporting the company’s expansion and growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficient operations and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise overall daily operations, including the management of all restaurant locations

Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction

Support business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring

Lead and coordinate teams to ensure smooth execution of company goals

Act as a key partner to the CEO in strategic decision-making

Oversee supply chain management, cost control, and quality management

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience (experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is a plus)

Language: Must be fluent in Chinese; Finnish or English is also required

Experience in senior operational or leadership roles

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, strategy, and management

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and drive results
