Cook – Mexican-Inspired Concept Kitchen

The cooks duties include:

Preparing tacos and nachos according to house recipes

Ingredient pre-preparation and preparation of fillings

Preparing sauces for daily service

Assembling dishes and ensuring consistent quality

Daily mise en place

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen

Following food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Working as part of the kitchen team during service

Contributing to new sauce variations as part of normal kitchen work

The position requires:

Experience in kitchen or food preparation tasks

Ability to follow recipes and agreed work processes

Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness

Careful and organized working approach

Ability to work as part of a kitchen team

Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours

Considered an advantage:

Experience in preparing tacos, nachos, or similar dishes

Experience in sauce preparation
