Runner Team Leader

**Location:** Helsinki City Centre

We are looking for a responsible and motivated **Runner Team Leader** to join our team.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for leading and managing the Runner Team, supporting daily operations, maintaining high service standards, coaching team members, and working closely with management to build a strong, professional, and accountable team.

**Responsibilities**

– Lead and support the Runner Team during service

– Ensure smooth daily operations

– Coach and develop team members

– Maintain high service standards

– Work closely with the kitchen, FOH, and management

– Help build a positive, professional, and well-organised team

**Requirements**

– Previous hospitality experience

– Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage

– Strong communication and organisational skills

– Fluent in both English and Finnish
