What were looking for:

Some experience in alacarte service (previous summer or restaurant experience is an advantage)
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Fluent in English (Finnish is a big plus)
A positive attitude, flexibility, and interest in hospitality
