We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Public Sector Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the public sector. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector operations and the ability to tailor our integration solutions to meet the unique needs of government entities. We promise you full support from Frends sales organization and technical experts. At Frends, we have a low hierarchy and little bureaucracy, and we trust our people and give them space to operate. Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to acquire new public sector customers and establish strategic partnerships by understanding their challenges and positioning Frends iPaaS as the preferred integration solution provider.
-Collaborate with technical teams to customize integration solutions that meet the specific requirements of public sector clients.
-Drive consistent revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging internal team support.
-Analyze market trends and monitor public sector procurement processes to proactively identify new business opportunities.
-Lead proposal development and create compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of Frends iPaaS solutions.
-Represent Frends at industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings to strengthen the market presence and build relationships.

The skill set
-Sales Experience: Proven track record in proactive SaaS/PaaS/iPaaS solution sales within the public sector, with a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and decision-making structures.
-Technical Understanding: Understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions.
-Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.
-Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle.
-Personal Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for driving digital transformation in the public sector and enjoying the low hierarchy culture. Most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a growing, dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude.
Location & Language: The role requires fluent/native Finnish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Finland with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Espoo office on a weekly/monthly basis.
Occasionally, traveling is needed to meet customers and teams and attend events.

Additional Information
-The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
-The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
-You will be reporting to the Head of Sales, Frends Finland.
-Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, Finland Head of Sales, and CRO. Reference checks are also included.
