Software Architect
We are looking for a Software Architect responsible for designing and developung our cloud-native platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable and secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and guide the team in adopting modern tools and practices.
Your hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial in making daily technological decisions and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and frameworks.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development of our cloud-native platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define technical requirements and architecture, and ensure delivery of key projects.
– Promote and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline development and build in quality from the start.
– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in software development.
– Support technology team to make technological decisions and guide the team in adopting modern tools and practices.
– Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and frameworks into our existing stack.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
– Proficiency in Python, Typescript and modern software development practices.
– Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
– Hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in coding and technical tasks when necessary.
– Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Proactive mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in IoT solutions and elderly care technology.
– Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
– Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
– Experience in data engineering / data pipeline solutions within AWS or Azure

We’d love to have you on board as soon as possible, but with summer approaching, a start in August or September would work perfectly for us, too.
