Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Projects

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Understanding flow for the entire project cycle from concept to detail engineering to plant hand over
2. Preparation of conceptual layout 
3. Knowledge of Man and Material flow
4. Knowledge of Pressure gradient for OSD and Injectable
5. Preparation of Room data sheet/room book
6. Preparation of Capacity planning, warehouse planning and Utility estimation.
7. Project Co-ordination with project Team & Client.
8. Co-ordination with other department within the company.
9. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred

Desired Skills

Basic Requirements:

1. Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech projects – this includes Sterile, Non-sterile, High Potent Drugs formulation facilities etc.
2. Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech project facilities as team member
3. Knowledge of Facility design as per FDA GMP/ MHRA/ WHO GMP requirements from Design to Start-up activities
4. Good working knowledge of documentation required for Pharma facilities
5. Knowledge of Basic engineering design, parameters and calculations related to piping & equipment’s.
6. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
7. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software preferred
8. Good Academics
9. Knowledge of Clean room equipments (DPB/SPB/LAF)
10. Knowledge of SS furniture and Lab furniture

Skills:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skill 
2. Excellent problem solving and time management skill 
3. Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general & black Utility
4. Self-motivated and highly organized                       
5. Ability to work in groups/ teams 
6. Must be a team-builder 
7. Multi-tasking skill 

Qualification

BE or Diploma – Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
