Elcoline Group is a rapidly growing industrial service company. We are now looking for an experienced and visionary ICT Manager to take responsibility for the reliability, security and development of our ICT services.

In this role, you are not just an administrator, but a key enabler at the core of our business operations. You will report to the Head of System and Smart Business Development and work in close cooperation with business management, the Information Security Manager and our partner network.

Location & Work Model

Elcoline has offices in both Finland and Sweden. We offer a flexible hybrid work model and your primary work location can be at one of our offices in Sweden Karlskoga, Västerås and Norrköping or in Finland Vantaa, Varkaus, Oulu and Naantali.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to ensure that Elcoline has reliable, secure, and cost-efficient ICT solutions that support our business operations and digital development. Your work is a versatile combination of strategic planning and operational steering:

– Continuous improvement & operations: You maintain and improve ICT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services) and ensure compliance with information security policies.

– ERP & System development: You support business-critical systems. We specifically expect a strong grip on managing and developing ERP system landscapes.

– Supporting growth (M&A): You play a central role in Mergers & Acquisitions. You are responsible for planning IT integrations and “carve-out” projects, ensuring seamless migration of systems and data during structural changes.

– Vendor management: You coordinate ICT vendors, manage contracts, and ensure that agreed service levels (SLAs) are met.

– Stakeholder management: You act as the primary ICT contact for business units, lead the key user network, and ensure technical topics are communicated clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a professional who can translate business needs into practical ICT solutions. You have an analytical mindset, strong documentation skills, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

– Solid experience: 5+ years of experience in ICT operations or ICT management.

– System expertise: Deep understanding of ERP and CRM systems as well as industrial service business processes. Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure platform, experience and potential certificates with Microsoft Business Central knowlage is considered a significant advantage.

– Change management: Proven track record in M&A projects, specifically regarding the integration or separation (carve-out) of IT systems.

– Vendor management: Ability to manage outsourced ICT services; familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.

– Language skills: Success in this role requires fluency in English. Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.

– Collaboration: You are an effective cross-functional collaborator (Finance, HR, Operations) comfortable working in an international environment.
