We are expanding our team, and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer.

About the job:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the quality management system and tools within the company. You will oversee and supervise the creation and implementation of testing and processing plans and procedures, working closely with equipment owners and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
– Ensure the correctness and completeness of quality management documents
– Monitor implementation of QA processes and plans, including Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans
– Conduct periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools
– Gather comments and feedback to optimize systems and processes
– Review documentation and resolve identified issues
– Support and train individuals in the basics of Quality Control skills.

We expect you to have:
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or laboratory site
– Experience in international quality standards such as ISO standards
– High proficiency in MS Office 365
– Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Innovative and detail-oriented mindset
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
