Senior Sales Manager

Cadmatic has been present in Middle East since 2010, and now we are taking new steps towards future. We are strengthening our regional team and part of that; we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to execute sales and business development for our Design & Engineering and Information Management Solutions in the Marine & Offshore sector across the GCC. This role is pivotal in driving growth through new customer acquisition and expanding revenue within strategic accounts.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will generate leads using your industry expertise & connections and manage large accounts to ensure continuous revenue growth. You will lead opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle—from qualification to order generation—while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with local team, pre-sales and post-sales experts, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences. In this role you will be reporting directly to our VP of Sales Middle East Sami Koponen, and you will be based in our Dubai office.

What we expect from you

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets. 
  • Extensive experience in the shipbuilding & offshore market (mandatory). 
  • Strong solution-selling skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles. 
  • Systematic and target-oriented approach.
  • Prepare, plan, and execute effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Technical background preferred; ability to understand product portfolio and industry challenges. 
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to operate across GCC countries.
