Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas market. 

In this role, you will grow strategic accounts, develop our local partner network, and present Cadmatic’s solution portfolio in a way that supports our customers’ digital transformation. 

You will report directly to our Vice President of Sales in the Middle East, Sami Koponen. This position is based in Saudi Arabia, (Dammam – Eastern Province preferred or Riyadh). We offer a flexible working model, and you will work remotely. This position requires traveling across KSA and GCC area as per need. You will co-operate with our reseller partner Al Mutlaq United and the Middle East sales organization which is located in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow and manage strategic relationships and key enterprise customers.
  • Develop long-term account plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Build and manage partnerships with local representatives and support joint go-to-market activities. 
  • Present Cadmatic’s solutions and collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.
  • Provide market insights and represent Cadmatic in customer and industry forums.
     

What we expect from you

  • 10+ years’ experience in business development or strategic account management in Oil & Gas or Energy.
  • Proven success with major accounts in Saudi Arabia and partner-driven sales models.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes and ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Ability to work independently organizing your own work.
  • Native Arabic and fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Previous experience in selling engineering solutions or working in EPC companies is preferred.
