Our biggest Customer Success teams are in Finland, The Netherlands, Italy and India, but we also have local customer support in Canada, UAE, Korea and in Poland.

  • (Senior) Application Consultant (Pre-sales role)
  • Application Specialist (Aftersales role)
  • Project Manager

You might be great match for our Customer Success teams if you have two or more competencies listed below:

  • Strong expertise either in shipbuilding, offshore or process (oil & gas, energy, pulp & paper, chemical, mining, nuclear power, pharma or plant) industry
  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Technical Consulting, or related roles 
  • Understanding of software implementation, engineering workflows, PLM, digital information management, project management or design tools 
  • Commercially mindset (particularly in Presales roles)

How this process continues
