Junior Sales Manager

We are growing and now we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our Central-Europe Sales team. Your main responsibility is to drive sales growth by acquiring new business opportunities, devel-oping markets, increasing brand awareness, and collaborating with other team members. You will have highly experienced colleagues to support your growth journey as sales expert present at Netherlands and around the Central-Europe.

The key responsibilities as Junior Sales Manager:

  • Conduct market research and development to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Drive solution sales to assigned accounts, industries, or territories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Interact with customers and prospects through various methods, including attending fairs, exhi-bitions, conferences, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with clients, prospects, service partners, and local in-fluencers.
  • Leverage an existing and build a new network of industry contacts to generate revenue and open new doors.
  • Manage complex sales cycles while collaborating with virtual sales teams, including Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners.
  • Actively participate in improving sales processes and strategies in collaboration with the Manag-er and Sales Team.
  • Continuously update opportunities, activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

What we expect from you:

  • 0-3 years of industry knowledge in sectors such as shipbuilding, plant industry, (oil and gas, food and beverage, medical, or similar), or CAD (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to win new business and acquire new clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and prospects of varying sizes.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment while remaining results-oriented.
  • Resilience to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with constant prioritization.
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills.
  • Fluency in English, fluency in German is a plus

We want you to be in the Netherlands (preferably in Groningen area), but job requires travelling often around the Central-Europe.
