eLearning Manager

We are looking for an experienced eLearning Manager to lead Cadmatic’s global customer online learning strategy. In this role, you will shape the future of digital education for thousands of users worldwide, ensuring our customers gain the skills they need to succeed with Cadmatic solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of digital learning from strategy and content creation to platform management, localization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. 

You will report directly to our Vice President of Customer Success, Marko Kuusela. This position is based in Finland, where we have offices in Turku, Tampere, Kotka, and Oulu. We offer a flexible working model, giving you the option to work remotely or from one of our offices.  
 
Key responsibilities 

  • Lead and maintain Cadmatic’s global Customer Online Education strategy and role-based learning paths.  

  • Lead a virtual team and manage external vendors (content production, AI voiceover, localization).  

  • Oversee the creation, quality, and continuous improvement of e-learning content (courses, videos, assessments, microlearning, certifications).  

  • Own and manage the LMS platform including configuration, integrations, performance, analytics, and tooling.  

  • Collaborate with Product, Technical Managers, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to align training with product releases and customer needs.  

  • Use analytics and KPIs to measure and improve training impact on onboarding, feature adoption, and customer outcomes.

Technical environment 

  • LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI, SSO and platform integrations  

  • Authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia)  

  • BI & analytics dashboards for learning performance  

  • Localization workflows and modern content production tools, including AI-assisted media

What we expect from you
 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in e-learning, customer education, or technical training for SaaS/technical products.  

  • Proven success leading digital learning programs that improve customer adoption and product usage.  

  • Strong instructional design understanding and ability to turn complex products into clear, structured learning.  

  • Experience with LMS ownership, authoring tools, analytics, and content lifecycle management.  

  • Experience in leading teams, managing vendors, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in relevant engineering field 

  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered as an advantage.
