IT Support Technician (Finland) – Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure

Were looking for a handson IT Support Technician who will deliver highquality enduser support and help ensure stable, secure daytoday IT services within Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure. You will provide onsite support in Finland and remote support across the Nordics, ensuring a consistent, reliable user experience—wherever our colleagues are.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Delivering enduser IT support — handle incidents, service requests and user issues promptly and professionally.
– Managing enduser devices & workplace equipment — provisioning, installation, replacement and support for laptops, mobiles, peripherals, and meeting room tech according to standards.
– Supporting identity & access — onboarding/offboarding, account setup, MFA, permissions and standard configurations aligned with policy.
– Executing approved operational & security tasks — endpoint security, patching, device compliance and vulnerability remediation.
– Contributing to stability & change readiness — support incident resolution, escalations and major incidents; assist with releases, migrations and infrastructure changes.
– Collaborating with vendors & internal experts — coordinate local vendor repairs/onsite services; work closely with the Head of Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure and senior technical roles on complex issues.
– Documenting & sharing knowledge — capture common issues, solutions and procedures in the Nordic IT knowledge base.
We expect you to have:
– Experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
– Experience in Windows client management, including Intune and Autopilot
– Hands-on experience with on-site hardware support
– Basic networking knowledge
– Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID)
– Experience in ticket handling (preferably Jira)
– Experience in generic application support
– Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both spoken and written
– A relevant IT Technician education
– A valid drivers license and access to a car
Your background may include:
– Experience from an IT Service Desk
– ITIL processes (and preferably ITIL Foundation certificate)
– Experience with outsourced network and data center environments
– M365 certification
– Ecommerce domain understanding
– Swedish language skills

We follow the collective agreement for the commercial sector. The salary range for the position is 2,800–3,300 € per month, depending on your experience and expertise. The primary location is Tammisto (Vantaa), and the role includes travel to other offices (Riihimäki and Tampere).
