Head of Sales Operations
We are now looking for a data-driven Head of Sales Operations to drive global sales planning and forecasting and lead our sales coordination team. In this position, you will be responsible for sales operations across global sales regions and the sales coordination team, which handles after-sales activities in our customer interface, including selling spare parts. You will drive sales planning from strategy development to target setting for sales regions, manage the sales forecasting process, and create valuable insights through fact-based analysis. The sales plan serves as input for finance and demand planning processes, so you will collaborate closely with our Finance and Operations organizations. Additionally, you will ensure data quality in the sales process and related systems, oversee pricing and proposal analysis, and provide support for tender management. To succeed in this role, you have a minimum of a masters degree in a related field and experience in leading a sales operations team. Experience in a high-tech manufacturing business and a growth organization are considered advantages, as thats what we are about at Bluefors. Main responsibilities:Plan and drive sales planning, target setting, and the forecasting process, including data gathering, analysis, and consolidation Support Sales management and sales teams with fact-based analysis of sales, customer, and market status and development Develop the sales process together with Sales management and ensure its implementation in CRM Design incentive plans and track performance against targets Create regular management reporting for the sales function Ensure data quality in the sales process and related systems Manage pricing and proposal analysis and offer support for tender management Lead the sales coordination team responsible for spare parts, options, and upgrade sales Collaborate strongly with different stakeholders What we expect from you8+ years of experience in sales operations role or business controlling Minimum Masters degree in a related field Proven track record in delivering impactful sales planning, target setting, and managing forecasting processes. Demonstrated leadership ability – you inspire and guide teams, set clear priorities, and create an environment where people succeed Strong analytical skills – you excel at transforming data into actionable insights and presenting them in a way that drives decisions. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills – you communicate openly, foster trust, and make collaboration feel effortless, even in challenging situations.
