The role is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland, and offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a modern Microsoft-centric environment supporting a global organization.Your Role at BeneqAs an ICT Specialist at Beneq, you will have real ownership and visible impact. Our internal IT team is intentionally lean, consisting of an ICT Manager and this ICT Specialist role, complemented by an external service desk partner. This means your expertise, decisions, and initiatives will directly shape how IT services are delivered and developed at Beneq.You will be responsible for keeping our IT services reliable, secure, and user-friendly, while actively improving our environment through automation, documentation, and best practices.Core Responsibilities & ToolsKeep IT Running– Ensure systems, networks, and devices work reliably. Tools:M365 Management and Windows Admin tools, monitoring dashboards.Support Users– Solve issues quickly and provide clear guidance. Tools:ITSM tools, Microsoft Teams, Remote Access tools.Secure & Protect– Maintain data security, compliance, and best practices.Tools:Microsoft security and compliance toolsManage & Document– Track hardware/software assets and maintain clear ICT documentation.Tools:Asset Management system, Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Intune inventory, licensing portals.Improve & Automate– Streamline processes and drive efficiency through automation.Tools:PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, scripting.What Were Looking ForFormal IT education(bachelors, or equivalent).2+ years of experiencein IT support or similar roleFluent Englishfor supporting global employeesICT knowledgeacross software, hardware, and networking.Hands-on Microsoft experience (Windows, Office and Collaboration tools, basic networking).Good understanding of Microsoft M365 and Azure administration.Problem-solving mindsetwith service-oriented approach.Excellent communication & customer service skills.Ability to work independentlyand manage multiple tasks effectively.Considered an AdvantageFinnish language skills(spoken and written) is an advantageExperience with ERP and CAD systemsKnowledge of IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)You BringA proactive, ownership-driven way of workingCuriosity for automation, modern IT tools, and continuous improvementStrong collaboration skills and confidence to work in a lean IT setupComfort operating in a fast-moving, international environmentWhy Youll Love It HereAt Beneq, your work has a direct and visible impact.
