Cooling Tower Erector / Chargehand Industrial Cooling Tower Assembly & Installation Project
Role Description:
Barrett Industrial Cooling Ltd requires skilled Cooling Tower Erectors and Chargehands for installation and assembly of industrial cooling tower structures and mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Mechanical assembly and erection of cooling tower systems
– Supervision of small installation teams (Chargehand role)
– Working at height following safety procedures
– Supporting commissioning and installation completion
Requirements:
– Experience in industrial installation or cooling tower erection
– Ability to work safely at height
– English language sufficient for work communication
– Relevant construction safety training preferred
Employment Terms:
– Full-time employment in accordance with Finnish Working Hours Act (872/2019)
– Working hours implemented via employer working time roster
– Hourly rate €1618 depending on experience
– Salary determined according to Technology Industry Collective Agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden työehtosopimus)
– Fixed-term project employment at Hamina industrial construction site
