System Manager – Finance systems

As our current team member takes on new internal responsibilities, we are now looking for an experienced System Manager to join us in maintaining and supporting Finance systems in Aspia Group.

As a System Manager – Finance systems at Aspia, you manage and support our Enterprise Finance systems, such as OracleNetsuite and group consolidation system AARO as a main systems.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the operative maintenance of the solution that meet business needs together with Product Owner of the applications. Daily collaboration involves working with Finance, Group IT stakeholders such as Product Office, Support function and Operations, Aspias business, suppliers, and other stakeholders across countries. Additionally, your tasks include defining and maintaining documentation, technical requirements, backlog and development plans together with Product Owner.

You will work as part of a skilled Group IT Cloud and Operations team. The team consists of professionals working in Sweden and Finland. You will report to Head of Cloud and Operations. The position is permanent.

– Strong teamwork skills both locally and internationally
– Good capabilities to communicate in matrix environment and ability to work fluently in both spoken and written English. Mastering an Aspia country (Finnish or Swedish) language is an advantage.
– Relevant education degree
