Cleaning Supervisor (Full-Time)
**Job Description**
Aura Siivous is looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Uusimaa region.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, supporting cleaning staff, and ensuring high service quality across all assigned sites. You will act as a key link between customers, employees, and management.
Responsibilities:
– Supervising and supporting cleaning staff
– Training and onboarding new employees
– Planning and coordinating work schedules
– Conducting quality inspections at cleaning sites
– Managing customer relationships and site visits
– Monitoring cleaning equipment and supplies
– Participating in cleaning work when required
– Ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards
Requirements:
– Previous experience in the cleaning industry
– Supervisory or team leadership experience
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and take responsibility
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Finnish and/or English language skills
