CNC Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician

Role Description:
Astex Engineering Oy is looking for a skilled CNC maintenance technician responsible for servicing, inspecting, and refurbishing CNC machines. The role includes both mechanical and electrical maintenance, commissioning tasks, and fault diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of CNC machines
-Fault diagnostics and documentation of maintenance actions
-Mechanical and electrical inspections of machines
-Commissioning and upkeep of production machinery
-Cooperation with production, procurement, and technical teams

Requirements:
-Previous experience in CNC machine maintenance, servicing, or workshop environment
-Preferred experience with Ace Micromatic and Haas CNC machines
-Ability to work independently and solve technical issues
-Basic understanding of automation, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies
-Good communication skills and structured working habits
-Strong English language skills
