About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most strategic, high-value clients. Your focus will be on understanding clients’ needs, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue growth through collaboration, innovation, and strategic account planning. As the primary liaison between our company and key clients, you will ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership while identifying opportunities to expand and grow these relationships vertically.
Key Responsibilities

Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of global key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business within existing accounts, focusing on vertical growth opportunities.

Client Understanding: Build a deep understanding of clients’ needs, challenges, and goals to propose innovative, smart, and efficient solutions that align with their business objectives.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to deliver customized solutions and ensure seamless execution.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities for collaboration and innovation within key accounts.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to internal stakeholders.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, managing large, global accounts.

Track Record: Strong track record of successfully growing and developing existing customer relationships.

Organizational Skills: A structured and proactive way of working, with excellent skills in coordinating and planning across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Technical Understanding: General technical understanding within Industrial Automation and particularly within the Electrification segment.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and create tailored solutions.

Self-Motivation: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Bonus Experience: Experience working with global players within the electrification arena is a bonus (e.g., ABB & Hitachi).
