We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to join our team and help lead
our resort to new heights of excellence. If you have at least 5 years of experience as a Resort or
Hotel Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be a key part of our
management team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of
service and guest satisfaction.
– Manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
– Coordinate and implement resort activities, events, and amenities.
– Monitor budgets, expenses, and profit margins to maintain financial goals.
– Implement effective strategies to improve guest experiences, occupancy rates, and
resort performance.
– Handle guest complaints and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely and
professional manner.
– Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners to ensure the resort runs
smoothly.

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resort or Hotel Manager.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and staff effectively.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
– Several professional references required.
