Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist with day-to-day offi ce operations.
Handle bookings, inquiries, and guest interactions .
Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Who We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic and positive individuals with excellent communication skills.
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
A passion for working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Bokun and booking systems.

All our tours are either private or limited to 8 participants max and we are constantly developing our tours so that they are the most pleasant for our team members and offer the best experience to our guests. Our commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences is deeply rooted in our history, as one of the owners proudly represents the 20th generation of their family in Lapland, Finland, with roots stretching back to the 1600s.
