Lapland and beyond, operating in Rovaniemi, Levi, Tromsø, and expanding into new

Your Role
As CEO, you will:
– Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen Arctic GM’s position in the global
tourism industry.
– Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination between
Finland, Norway, and upcoming markets.
– Spearhead partnerships with global brands, to enhance our offerings.
– Lead financial planning and resource allocation to sustain our rapid growth trajectory.
– Build and inspire a high-performing team of over 60 full-time employees and seasonal
staff.
– Enhance Arctic GM’s reputation for providing world-class, sustainable, and authentic
experiences.
– Act as the face of the company, representing Arctic GM at industry events and in media
engagements.

What We’re Looking For
– Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years in executive roles, preferably within the tourism,
hospitality, or related industries.
– Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to scale businesses internationally and navigate
complex growth challenges.
– Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability
management.
– Operational Expertise: Experience managing multi-location operations with diverse teams.
– Passion for Innovation: Commitment to enhancing customer experiences through
technology and partnerships.
– Cultural Competence: Ability to work in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
– Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Finnish,
Swedish, or Norwegian) are a plus.
