Logistics coordinator for Anora Lithuania

Join Anora’s Nordic logistics team! As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the logistics operations within Anora Lithuania’s industrial division. Your role will focus on ensuring efficient coordination and management of logistics functions, streamline logistics processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials, and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate 3PL provider to ensure prompt and proper logistics processes
  • Prepare inbound purchase orders for company stock fulfillment            
  • Ensure stock availability for sales                           
  • Deal with company outbound flows and customers inquiries to meet their expectations
  • Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets Anora standards 
  • Ensure inventory accuracy
  • Manage logistics documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.                                     

Who you are:

You have a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and have used logistics software and systems, ideally SAP. You have some years of experience in logistics coordination or similar and a degree preferably in a related field. 

Additionally we expect

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian
